Can anyone explain the method to implement MAYBE gate, WHATIF gate and IDONTKNOW indecision block ?
I was read an artical and these gates are metioned there. I tried to google it but didn't find something related to these logic gates design or some sort of explanation. Honestly I didn't hear about it before so can someone explain it to me or maybe give me a resource so I can read about it.

Sounds like a funny article. Can you post it here?

Well, the artical didn't talk about designing these gates but one of the readers mentioned these gates in his comment. So I'm wondering how can I design such logic!

It reminds me of one of my programming lectures I participated in.
The lecturer was drawing a flow chart, with an "if" shape (rhombus), wrote inside "count = 0 ?", and drawn two branches coming out of it, one for "Yes" and one for "No".
Then he added a third branch coming out of it, for "Maybe"... :)

This can be done. I you take a big logic-blocks as a single "gate". Remember you have write many if-else in your RTL code.HAHA.

Yes and No logic is clear but "maybe" logic?! I want to know if these gates are "designable" and if "maybe" logic even existed

You need analog computing.

Can it be multi level logic (or fuzzy logic)?

Please check lecture 9 at;
