Problem with wiznet w5300

hi guys,
I have a board that it has a w5300 on it and FPGA spartan3 1500. I wrote a driver with vhdl for it and it works well but when I close socket when recieving FIn packet and then reopen it I cant get any data from computer. w5300 gets data and its leds turn on but when I check recieve buffer size I get zero. what is the problem?

I use WIZ830 (TCP/IP module with W5300) and drive it by FPGA(SP3) It work perfectly (up to 50Mbs) but idon't have any problem like that.If you tell more details I can help you.
 
can you help me, I can not make the driver of w5300 from the Xilinx spartan 3
