universal programmer vpp 0 to 30 volt and 0 to 8 volt vcc schematic

i need schematic dc to dc converter 0 to 30 volt for universal programmer
i will design universal programmer but i can not design vpp volt for programmer
i need schematic with 12volt input and output 0 to 30 volt for vpp
and need 0 to 8 volt vcc
for example :
vcc volt: 1.2v,1.8v,3.6v,5v,5.5v,6.2v,6.5v
vpp volt: 3.6v,5v,5.5v,9v,12v,12.7v,15v,21v,25v,30v
please help me
 

i don't have a schematic for that but i think what you need is a switching regulator.

technically this is a regulator but it is capable of converting lower voltages to higher voltages.
try googling it.
