I tried to make a project for using AT89C2051 rat repellent, I make 32-40kHz frequency at the output AT89C2051 uses tweeter. but strangely not afraid of mice with the voice.

please if friends have a better idea. please share here

Ultrasonic devices are ineffective at repelling pests, so don’t waste your money on tweeters, piezos etc. etc and your time, too .. here you can find detailed explanations:

20 kHz range: Rats emit long 20 kHz vocalizations when they are unhappy or stressed. These calls are emitted when an adult or juvenile is defeated socially (Thomas 1983), sees a predator (Blanchard 1991), experiences pain (Cuomo 1988, Tonue 1986) or anticipation of pain (Antoniadis 1999), or when an untame rat is handled (Brudzynski and Ociepa 1992).

but you should make it randomly and even amplitude should be random..

How about using a cat? They can also entertain you by sleeping on your bed at night and purring.
 
There was recomendation for rat repelants to be installed in industry as rats spoil machines and eat wires. After one month when we visited the site there were much more rat's pee on the repellent than the floor. I think cat idea is a good approach. You know eagles are used to keeps birds away from airports.
If we here some lady screaming we response differntly . we can analyse wheather it is coming from tv Wheather it is happy fearfull or filled with joy. We are intelligent but not enough to apreciate wisdom of other living fellows. A brain of few hundred cells in a crawling insect cotrols and responses to strange calls througout its life. similarly we evaluate evolution process. We see only one call but dont see the wisdom.

I understand your intention ... but intentions do not match with what I mean ...
I mean ... I want to make the project a powerful repellent mice by using the AT89C2051 and piezo electrik because the project I've created does not work ..

Most people will say "yes", they do work for them. Naturally, some say they do not work. However, from our research, the feedback is mostly positive. The other very important evidence we point to is the popularity of Electronic rat Repeller's. Millions have been sold worldwide and millions more every year. I think the joke is on you....or rather us humans, as rats and cockroaches are expected to survive the next mass extinction event.....until then live long and prosper..
 

The eco friendly rodent repellent is one of the best repellent to get rid of rats. The eco friendly rodent repellent has basically the smell of mint which helps to keep them away.
