Good day fellows,
I planned to implement a 5 to 10 ohm resistor on chip.
I will be using the 0.35 micron process.
Is this reasonable and attainable?
The current that will flow through it will 20-25mA.

don't be confused. the resistor is not the only device in the chip, it's just one of the components in the LED driver circuit.
