Hi,
I am wondering if there is any EDA tool to automatically insert the boundary scan?
 

Mentor has also a boundary tool to generate RTL or netlist code. This tool came from Tessent tool (LogicVision) acquisition.

if you have any materials for tessent soc scan, can you please share it with me?
can you tell me where i have to start to study about tessent soc scan?
