Looking for a position controlled motor using PWM which is under 10mm

Hi There I am trying to find a position controlled motor that is as small as possible, optimally using PWM. I have seen some that are 20-30mm, which is way to big for my application. Has anyone seen anything under 10mm or so?

What about a micro servo of some sort?
