hi guys,

i want to make a toroidal iron core transformer.i have searched the net but found nothing .calculations are available only for smps toroids
i have made transformer with ei cores.with the help of this eq

n(pri)=ex10^8/4.44nfab

i want to make 600va 50-0-50 in toroidal iron core with 230vac.so what are the calculation for finding the no of turns of pri/secondary
winding.if i use the above formula it would give the same result as for ei cores.how would you differentiate .flux density for both the cores is similar ie from 1.5t to 1.7t magnesil crgno cores.what are
the equations involved.please help importing from other countries
is very expensive.

thanks in advance
