Hello , I am still trying to gather the information I need to build a simple power supply.
I just need this to power a windshield wiper motor that is 12vdc
I need it to run off 110vac.

I know I could buy one but as we need quite a few, I was hoping to build one that would not be so expensive.

I need 20amps

1. Can anyone give me a list of parts
2. places to buy parts
3. and drawing

I promise this will not be used on the space station.

Thank you in advance.

i'm sorry, but your post reads like you expect someone to just drop what there doing and design a power supply
just for you.

Its a very complicated thing, best is to google for some already published such project,
or I recommend converting a PC power supply.

as I already have some references on hand, I'll list some here

13.8 V / 15 A from a PC Power Supply

additionally, nearly all the electronics manufacturers have reference designs in their
application notes with similiar what your asking,
go search for them.

There are many here on this board that will help you then in circuit specifics, comment on your design, etc, etc.
I've got much help in this regard myself for projects i'm working on,
and its best to show that you have done some work too......
