Means only that your signal peak to peak amplitude can take the full range of your power supply_ more or less..
Some time can a "Over RRInput" exist too, but regularly its smalller as yupply voltages, but is thgt to that.
If your OpAmp has i.e. +/_5V supply voltage: input signal is possible upto +4.9 & -4,9V, similarly on the output too.
Btw RROutputs value is load depending.
