Hi,

Please tell me, can 2SK 1507 replace with IRFP 450,

& 2SK 1507=K 1507 ?

(CTX VL700 17" monitor power supply)

Hi,
The real big difference I see is the switching times, and the IRFP450 is much faster, so I think you can replace the IRFP450 quite easily.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.

Different gate capacitance on VDS breakdown voltage. So, it depends on the circuit,

Thanks for your fast replies.

But I want some help with 2SK 1507 = K 1507 ?

I have little knowledge about DATA SHEETS.

Thanks Again!

Sorry I forgot to answer that part. 2SK1507 could be written as simple K1507 on the device. It is common for 2SC and 2SK parts to have the 2S missed off the part number on the device itself.
