i am confused. do we need a NIC card installed when configuring computer as a client for wireless home network?it has wireless adapter is installed.
 

A wireless adapter is a NIC.

Is your wireless network already setup? For first time setup, you should use a wired connection (ethernet).

for connecting ur pc to a wireless network ..u need a wireless nic installed in u r pc
if it is allready installed check it is configured and up/enabled
