DRAM vs SRAM

how much power does 1 GB DRAM module (the memory on modern computer) consume.

if the memory module is made with SRAM, how much power does 1 GB SRAM module, would consume.

I know SRAM module is expensive, but I'm very curious. how much are they.

thank you
XT

I expect that SRAM power is 6 times that of DRAM.
I do not have exact numbers.
Actually I do not know if someone ever has build a 1GB SRAM
