Hi,
i'm looking for one or two chipsets (microprocessor, FPGA, ..) that provides Ethernet connectivity (for RJ45) + VGA (1024x768 for example) + USB Controler (for 2 usb).
that would be recognized in uclinux or linux.

My goal is to design a PCB for a mini-box (20cm x 10 cm x 2cm) that will be used as thin RDP client for windows. So, i had to have a decent VGA chipset for display and passive cooler, and also a decent price ( < 50-100 $)

Any idea ?

I have seen via chipsets but they are too complex for my need ..

Hallo,
Silicon Lab`s CP2200/01 & 8051F121 or 140?...
But both families hase lot of other variants too.
For more as 100Mbps: AX88180 & _M88E1111...

the cited C8051F12x & 14x families, from Silicon Labs, are with USB/and other interfaces installed CPUs...

Excuse-me, in datasheet, there is no reference on USB embedded in chipset.

is all USB functions has to be hardcoded or is there any out-of-the-box alternative ?

Now what about vga display ? i think another chipset is needed to display VGA to 60 Hz on 1024x768 ?

I think too, that for VGA you must have some other ICs, but-sorry, I do not suggest for you some actuell types_its really not my terrain...
