How t0 learn AVR uC

Although this topic would be very old and published by a lot of people but i still ask that how should i start learning AVR uC.i hav worked on at89s52/51 uC's and now eager to switch to avr uC's please refer any book or post pdf's regarding avr uC's.thanx 4 yr time.

At www.avrfreaks.net you can get lot of tutorials for the beginners. It is a nice forum only for AVR micros

if you are beginner in AVR then here tutorial for you.
Just go through this.
You will find lot of things in it and so many link and some sort description of uc, program, WINavr compiler and many more

Thanks alot!
I found that tutorial very much intresting but I want to program AVR uC in Assembly Language not in any high level language.I must say that this forum is one of the best forum because whenever I need guidance you people always supported me and I always got instant response.
