when an electronic device is sad to be as an ideal

what is ideal

When it does not offer any parasitic capacitance, unwanted voltage drop, does not consume any power from the input circuit, inserting this device does not change current or voltage equations etc...

For example when we say a ideal diode then we assume that there is no 0.7V drop across it and consumes no power or current.
