Do we know exactly which part the MCP41xxx is? 10K, 50K, 100K?

Thanks for this,

invalid target mode for requested operation pic24

Hi. CrazyDuck.
I am Going to Make ICD2 to serial type.

I have two schematic.
Original shematic use PIC16F877A, the other use PIC16F877A

But I don't know that Bootloader(MPLAP Original HEX) is operated different device(PIC16F877, PIC16F877A)

I would like to use PIC16F877A in ICD2.

Could you explain the question. Help me.

Hi All,

Does this firmware also include USB connection? Thank you.

To use a 16F877A, the bootloader needs to be modified otherwise the Flash programming will fail when downloading new firmware. The attached file is modified to disable Flash write verify and should work fine with firmware updates.

To use a 16F877A, ....
euhhh always 16F877A
i try to understand ???
the original hex file provided by CrayzyDuck is for a 16F877 (NOT a 16F877A) even if its written 16F877A in the PDF file, is it the real situation ?
