hi everybody,

may anybody help me in designing mems awitch in hfss

I too am working on RF MEMS and hfss.
I have tired simulatin capacitive switch in hfss but till now havent got any successful results.

i have problem simulating mems shunt switch in hfss. i dont know how to obtain the s-parameters. please help me in excitation and defining proper ports to get s11 and s12
