Approximate numbers seem to be
1202 size SMD about 0.22pF
0603 size SMD about 0.13pF
The lowest I have measured used to be the PRP (Precision Resistive Products) which were chemically etched leaded resistors - they were used in a lot of the early network analyzers and I recall numbers like 0.02pF.
I think, you get different results depending on your setup, particularly which part of the connecting traces and adjacent resistor pads is added to resistor or the circuit. This fact creates difficulties in comparing literature results with own measurements. SMDs are basically better, especially if their are planar resistors (thin & Thick film) -enough good for this application, but your 10Kohm is not explicit an RF value.
Ypu can apply dedicated (in "bifillar" meander cuted by value--justaging) "RF-Resistor" family for exampl. from Bayschlag(yet Vishay), but ther are max. 470 Ohm... www.datasheetarchive.com/datasheet-pdf/025/DSA00433544.html
I remember that in SMD version too..
In former times their are exsisting Carbon bulk-resistors from AB, then similar from Vitrohm...
I know that the old AB-Carbon family is fabricated yet by some far east producer, but who?
Otherseit their are very good for impulse modus (excellent overloading performance) but very noisy.
