The HFSS help discusses setting wave ports for microstrip and CPW lines. There are some differences so take a look at "impedance calculation". That should help.

I have the same problem, I don't know how to simulatate a slotline as a transmission line, because I don't how to set up the feeding.
In particular:
- I don't know which kind of ports I have to use
- I don't know how to set the integration line
Since you looked at the post you must have also read the on line help section cited. What did it say and what are your conclusions?
Describe the problem you are having both by describing your findings and then describing what you do not understand.
You might even post a summary of what the documentation says for others who are having similar problems. This question keeps coming up and is answered regularly.
I don't have a sample. I would have to create one and to do so I would need the design details and objectives. That type of work is not free. If you are looking for technical consulting PM me with the details and your proposed budget. I will look at it and see if I am interested.
