how to display a value for anykind of signal waveform?

hi,i wan to show my triangular/sine waveform frequency and amplitude reading on lcd or analog meter.so i wonder how to build lcd/analog to process the triangular/sine waveform.
any idea whr i can get the circuit?

hameeds01,more or less is like that,it is hard to build it?
can it show the triangular and sine waveform simultaneously on the lcd?
