maxsideband in PNOISE analysis --> it doesn't be converge

To find maxsideband in Pnoise, I sweeped the noise value with maxsideband.
(it is described in manual of SPECTRE.)
But, it doesn't be convergence. It increases.

And, 'maxsideband' and 'number of harmonics' are confused.
I think that the maxsideband and number of harmonics have same value, doesn't it?

Please help me...
