I want to interface GRAPHIC LCD 128X64 with PIC16F877 by PIC BASICPRO.

mikroBasic has drivers and examples for working with GLCD and 18F452 (pin to pin compatible with 16F877A).

You can draw bitmaps, lines, circles, rectangles, there are three built-in fonts and you can invert and clear areas of screen. Also, there are dot-manipulating functions.

Maybe this will help.

What GLCD you have in mind? Samsung KS0108, Toshiba T6963, Hitachi HD61202, Epson SED1330 ...? I could help you if you tell me type of controller.

As far as I know mikroBasic is only working,at the moment, with KS0108. Right?

Right! So far we wrote the driver for KS0108 only, but we are working on support for other GLCDs as well.

interface lcd 128x64

I want to drive the graphical LCD WG12864A having KS0801 controller with PIC Controller 16F877A and as such writing code for the same using C in SourceBoost Compiler. I want to know that how this lcd will be connected to the PIC Controller 16F877A as I am also using external memory 27C256 with this controller. So, please try to arrange the interconnections as well as the code in C so that I can use this LCD in Graphics mode.



As this is an urgent query, so please try to arrange the solution for the same at the earliest

Hi, i can give you example one project with Pic Basic Pro. But, pic is 18F452 and you can change it.
