sd215de transistor

Hello,
I have a defective N-channel DMOS switch part number SD215DE which was manufactured by Linear Systems. I looked in my transistor substitution books but this part number was not listed. Could someone please help provide a substitute part number.

Thanks in advance.

Substitute for SD215DE

No need for a substitute.

SD215 is a former Siliconix part, still available from Vishay. In some circuits, other MOSFETs may be suitable, but with considerably different specs.
