layer stack up

Hi All,
Could any one suggest me a best layer stack up for 14 layers and 12 layers.
How many signal layers can we have maximum in 14 layers and 12 layers ?
Please do the needful.

layer stackup

2 outer layers plus 6 inner signal layers. Others are all ground and power layers.
