I'm looking for chip resistors valued between 15ohm-70ohm which are operating up to 7GHz. I need them for academic purposes and to be assembled on microstrip technology.

Could someone please help me where to get those resistors? I have asked Farnell and RS, they said their products are working up to 2GHz.

Thanks for your help

kindest regards

Search for WAMT style resistors. They can be used up to about 20GHz.

Thanks Martin for your info.

I am not familiar with these WAMT style resistors. Therefore, need your advise. Is this one of the suppliers:

https://mini-systemsinc.com

By the way, do you have the other web link suppliers for these products?

Thanks again for your help.

Kindest regards
