conductivity and 16452a

Hi all

How to make a liquid solution with known permitivity, permeability and conductivity at cerntain frequencies. Is there any recipe for this purpose?

You can find the Agilent , R&S or Damaskos solution.
You can use impedance analyzer or VNA for measurement. It depend on frequency range.. Connect the test fixture to instrument and run the measurement program.
