Programming dsPIC with MPLAB on dsPIC33F

programming dspic

Hello there,

I am trying to learn how to program dsPICs and I am using MPLAB with dsPIC33FJ256GP710.

But everytime I click on "Build All" appears a message like this:

**broken link removed**

Does anyone knows why is it happening?

do you think the problem is with the compiler?
 

C30 works fine for me. Sound's like something is wrong with your license.
Just contact Microchip and they'll have a tech fix it in no time.

how can I find out if the problem is really with the license file?
 

My guess is it isn't a genuine licensed version else why not contact Microchip and open a ticket?

Else just use the free student edition, it'll work fine and is the same but only supports optimization levels 0 or 1.
