As the diode Ptype is connected to the positive terminal and Ntype is connected to the negetive terminal of the power supply,the diode is said to be in forward bias and conducts the current.
Undoubtedly the diode in Forward Bias irrespective of Diode Families. Because the supply Vdd is 10 V connected with the diode and total resistance of 20Ohm (15+5 in series).
