need help about oscillator design with ADS!!

Firstly,happy new year!

I copy the design of file attached,but i dont know how to get equation: PhaseNoise= 10*log(0.5*VCO_phasenoise..PNoise_OL.noise**2))
Q=pi*freq*(RES10..delay(1,1))

help!!!
