I am trying to assign the ground plane to the CPW gnd planes, but i am not sure how to do it. Anybody has any idea???

hi:

You can use "Perfect E" boundary or define a "copper" material.

I attached a CPW project in HFSS.

Unfortunately I have some problems with my HFSS. I will check it out ASAP. In the meanwhile, others could help you.

Thanks.
