Basic question about CMFB

cmfb basic

Why is CMFB required for fully differential opamp but not for single ended opamp?
 

in single ended, in general ,speaking one side will be diode connected mos which has Vth+Vdsat and as same current (mirrored) flows through the other mos ( under input common mode voltage condition) as they are almost symmetric the other mos vds is determined .
