every where it is written that we can produce llr for systematic convolutional codes. cant we produce the same llrs for conventional(simple) convolutional codes using bcjr?

Could you point a document where this algorithm is simply explain? I have problem with understanding trellis graph ....
Do you think that I can reuse your algorithm for my OFDM system transmision with LDPC code. I'd like to make too chanel estimation based on pilot symbols (Reference Symbols).
