I have to design a power amplifier class A. I can design with the parameters s? That problem can cause?Where can I find information about that ?????
PD: The nonlinear model does not exist ....

Thx:D

Theoretically if the PA is in pure Class A operation (conduction angle = 360 degrees), and input power is below P1dB, small signal S-parameters can be used.

Thank you very much for the info guys!!!

Alex_IC:
Very good info, but design so I need the program MultiMatch Amplifier Design Wizard.
You have information on how to create a linear model as of the parameters s, in an analytical way, or with some free software:D ?????

Thx:D
