Hello,
This is my first post so bear with me. I have seen similar posts on this site, but I just want verification that my design will work or any suggestions that you might have.

I am planning on doing ICSP with a PICkit 2 and USB communication with a PC.

Did u try this schematic?
i have a pickit2 progrmmer, i want to us it to programme 16c774, but this device device is not supported by pickit2. Any suggestion..
