hi! anyone has any idea about simulation of planar passive microwave devices by Method of Moment ( MOM ) , any document, refernce sites, Matlab script,......??

You could download Ansoft Designer SV from the Ansoft web site and run a few sample files, gives you a good idea about the methods capabilities.
As for the Tehnical side, have look in the books by Belanis and Sadiku.

If you are interested in the Matlab code for MoM , look in the book by the Sergey Makarov, " Antenna and EM modelling with Matlab".

how i use delauny (matlab function) to mesh any microstrip passive microwave
device ?
how i use matrix pencil method to fit currents in input / output terminals ?
any good book for s-parameters
