JPEG Image Codec Implementation and Image Transmission

i'm fresher on matlab .

i'm doing project under this title . still now i have no idea. so plz help me
 

may fourior cosine transform may help u to do jpeg
 

Hi

Upto second block, on the encoder side, it is the encoding of the image using jpeg codec. And after that it is related to the transmitter design.

Similarly on the receiver side, the last two stages are related to decoding. And the earlier stages are related to receiver design.

I can help with the jpeg encoding/decoding.
But not with the next part
