Hi all,
I m in need of designing the RS485 which should be connected with micro controller, and i should transfer that converted data into PC. For that i have to design
a RS232 converter from rs485 input. anyone can please give me the idea while designing rs485 by using MAX485 IC.

firtsly you must to use max232 and rs232 to converter rs485
max232 connect to microcontroller than convert rs485
download pdf.

i m using 75176 for rs485 modbus, i want to connect more than 32 connection can any any one suggest another ic.

What about LTC2850/51&52 pls?
Up to 256 nodes on the bus...
