proteus tutorial

hi

First of all, I want to say that I tried my best to search in searchengines and here in the forum
but it didn't help ! : (

I would like to have an A-Z tutorial for ISIS Proteus ,
the HELP files are very bad for explanation and I get lost in simulation part

I drawed my circuit , add to it the sourcecode and the .hex file
but it give me : real time simulation error


or if someone can explain to me the steps in doing the simulation
, I would be very thankful
