What Are you project ?

Pic "*.asm" "*.hex" file ?

i got some specification for this project from some field mange person relate to spv .

when i will design this project , i also want to add keypad and lcd .

PIC16F72 , IRF44 , LCD .... is ok working here .

key pad is remaining only.


prob is that after edit the values for cutoff , on , off , there is no eeprom within f72 so , edit values work only ones .

i will show my charger here , very soon .

in my solar charger , m1 is not off when i am sending a 0 v to its gate , still it shows 0.5v at gate what should be the prob ,

remaining is ok here !







now i am connect it like this it is well switch off / on , but is it good switch for max current ?????????????????

You might consider not using the ancient 16C72 as it's a OTP PIC. Try a 16F886 or 18F2525 both also hae built in oscillators (The 18F has a terrific BASIC available for it called Swordfish)
 
Could you please post all the design data, schematic and firmware? What type of algorithm do you've implemented into the micro (MPPT)?

About the LCD I've post a full tutorial about the subject on this board.

the algo is what that specification.jpg tell me !, no big deal i have read the sov and batt voltages and display on lcd and control the connection between them thats it !

now , i am going to design charger for 24 v batt and 36 v pannel .

very soon i will place the snap for you ,

after that i also going to design switching regulator for the same for charging the batt even the sov voltage is less than charging voltage.
 

Nice, thanks for infos and share I'll watch for the schematic. Also some years ago I've did a MPPT with a PIC I've to search about it...
