Reading Zin and Zout at 900MHz from S parameter

zin s parameters

Hi there,

May I know how to read/interpret the Zin and Zout of this particular power amplifier's s2p file at 900MHz?

zin s-parameter

Zin=Z0*[(1+S11)/(1-S11)], in your case Z0=50.
the same way Zout=Z0*[(1+S22)/(1-S22)]
