Which FPGA Vendor/Software for my Design

I've these softwares:
1.ISE 9.4
2.Quartus 7.2ps
3.FPGA Advantage

and this is my design features:
Designing a Router (MPLS one) so:
1.need two soft core processor (32bit)
2.has enough IP and MegaCore
3.easy to use Block Diagramming approach
4.I've a HighVolum High Performance FPGA
5.Ethernet IP Mega Coer
6.has enough and verity of Memories Implementation (with a few click implementation)
I prefer FPGA Advantages but Quartus seems that has more IP and also has NIOS processor and ISE has Ethernet implementaion internally
which one do you offer?
is it possible to take advantage of all of them in my designing.
 

It's not only about software..
Think that Quartus is for Altera, whereas ISE is for Xilinx.

FPGA advantage is a general sw for all vendors, but I've never used it and I don't know how you can use the IP of proprietary chips (in first approach I don't think it's possible also because IP usually use also proprietary functions of FPGA).

In my opinion I prefer Altera over Xilinx expecially because ISE imo is very poor compared to Quartus.
Quartus is very easy to use and fully integrated whereas ISE seems to be a collection of sw that exchange between themself big files.

Told that if you like FPGA Advantage and inside it you can use the IP of Altera use it (but I'm not sure you can), else Quartus is the way.

FPGA Advantage has better Structural Design approach I have more facility and flexibility in using Block Diagram but I've not enough experience with Quartus what about it's structural designing facility?
it need top level designing or sth similar when I try to design a system (in Block Diagram view .... Black Box approach). I can't understand it's principal in this approach. have you work with it in such methods?
 

You have to start looking first to the hardware (FPGA devices) and after you can start thinking in the SW.

If you are a not familiar with FPGAs I'll recommend you to use the SW tools from the HW manufacturer (Xilinx or Altera). I don't remember for Altera Quartus but for Xilinx (when using MicroBlaze or the PPC) you also need the EDK, an environment for soft/hard core processors. I think Altera has some similar package for the Nios processor.
