16lf72 low voltage problem?

hi friends , has anyone ever used 16lf72 , it can be operated from 2.0V at 4 mhz crystal.well i am using it but wen i reduce supply voltage from 5 to 3.9 v , the controller stops.

the data sheet says it works.
 

Hi!
Have u disabled the brownout detect feature?
If u haven't disabled it then it may cause problems if not properly configured.
