subcircuits in pspice 9.1

I use Or_CAD 9.1 and i have problem with creating subcircuit.
My list of command:
1.adding library of subcircuit
2.place hieralchical block
3. Placing pins

I have some questions.....
What mean if block is primitive/nonpromitive?
Implementation name is this same as a subcircuit?
Reference in old text spice must be Xxxxxxxx and here it is that same?
How I should know if hieralchical pins ar passive/power/3 state/output/itc.?

Can anybody uplad some tutorial of creating subcircuits, screen shot or same simple file of design(mixed a/d circuit) to learn.
I used guide and hepl but i can't make this step to other simulatios.
thanks ;)
