i just want to know using MD spice it is possible to model a simple amplifier and also get relavant simulation graphs like vswr, figure of merit etc.

Re: MD spice

MDSPICE contains a frequency domain engine and a time domain engine. You certainly can get the VSWR etc. I will check whether figure of merit is possible. You may need to use MDSPICE together with EM simulators(IE3D or FIDELITY). EM simulators can yield high accuracy results for the sub-circuits for you.
