Hi

I want to study the different types of swichs for analog design and select a suitable one for my design. Where can I find the switch's types?

Hi,
The paper by Dessouky in JSSC 2001, these two papers:

And the Abo thesis (Berkeley, 1999) are useful materials.
In fact they all talk about bootstrap switch which is used when you need high THD. For normal application you can use a "transmission gate" switch.
