mos h bridge

I need a circuit that uses MOSFET Power transistors in a H bridge configuration to drive a 8A DC motor used to lift up and down a car glass window.

What is power supply ? 12V, 24V, 220v rectified ?
See at www.irf.com application notes using the IR2010 IC driver.

Dear friends, I apologyse but I mean discrete H bridge using power mos transistors and logic gates to driver power mosfet gates.

Wow... your specific apps are available from STM and Infineon. Single IC with H side bridge and logic controller. Check out freescale's H side Bridge MC33486 I think, the typical apps schematic will do enough for your needs.

As I told in my last post, using discrete logic ICs and discrete power MOS transistors. no ASICs.
