Hi Dude,

Anyone knows the region defination of BJT in cadence, just like "0 cutoff 1 linear 2 saturation 3 subthreshold 4 breakdown" for mos ?

I could not find it anywhere. THx in advance!

Best regards

Hello DenisMark,

I just found related info as follows,

region=fwd Estimated operating region. Possible values are off,
fwd, rev, sat, or breakdown

I still don't know how it is corresponed to the numbers that cadence shows me.
