at91sam7x rtos

Hi again!
Not yet answered!
Any recommendation for RTOS which can be used with AT91SAM7S series?
I have found about freeRTOS , is it good choice for Biginner with RTOS itself?
Some basic query are:
Does it necessary to load the kernel from SAM-BA recovery method only?
Can not we use JTAG interface for that purpose?

Once RTOS loaded into the chip, after that how our application program ineract with OS?

If my query is at too much introductory level, pls let me know the source where i can found this basic concept.
Thanks & Regards!

at91sam7s256 + ucos

You have several RTOSes for sucha microcontroller!
For free you can try Freertos, for educational use you can try ucos-2 and from KEIL compilers and IDEs (owned by ARM) you can try RTX.

Regards.
