component not found in library

Hi, I'm using DXP Protel to design my PCB Circuit. But I'm having difficulties locating ultrasonic transducer 400WB160 in the library. I could only find a similar component which is term as motor. This component has the same shape and pins but with different diameter width/size. How do I adjust this size/width of this component? I am able to adjust the hole size but not the main component size..
I've also attached the datasheet of the transducer. Please help me! Thank you!

OH MY GOD!!!!

JUST CREATE YOUR OWN LIBRARY FOR GOD SAKE!!!

You cannot depend on Protel to give you all the components in the world...there are zillion of it. Please, learn how to make a library...customized your own need. I rarely use protel's standard library. I always created my own and us it each time I design a new project!

Thanks.. But how do I create a new library? Can you tell me the steps ?

define new pcblib.
use some ruler to measure the width and sizes.
place pads, tracks, ... and change their properties to the correct ones.
save the library.
add it to your project.
